Franco created diptychs, triptychs, and polyptychs of different sceneries like skylines (Stockholm and Göteborg), landscapes (Arte Vita Vino), and sailing (Regate a Lindau).

To celebrate the Stockholm Water Festival, an event to honor the Stockholm Water Prize, Franco painted a triptych of the city of Stockholm. During the festival, Franco and his wife met with President Bush in Stockholm. The silkscreens were sold in collaboration with the Svenska Dagbladet.
